Former, Certified Specialist, Personal and Small Business Bankruptcy Law, now retired on disability. Still "active" attorney on Bar list, but not currently practicing.

Nedra is originally from Sacramento, but graduated from high school in Paso Robles, California in 1971. Nedra married Gary Fraley in 1973. Nedra graduated from Brigham Young University earning a double major in both anthropology and archaeology in 1977.

After helping Gary through law school and getting moved up to Sacramento, she started University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law when their first child was 6 weeks old and where she graduated in 1984 with a Juris Doctor Degree, shortly before the birth of their second child. Even prior to graduation she had worked for several years in the law office doing much of the drafting of documents for the office.

Nedra was a Personal and Small Business Bankruptcy Law Specialist, Certified by the State Bar of California Board of Specialization until she retired from active practice due to disability from fibromyalgia in 2003.

Nedra spends much of her time painting and making jewelry. She is a member of Back Country Horsemen of California, in which she has also been trained as a Wilderness Rider and teaches seminars on “Leave No Trace” camping and “Gentle Stock Use” techniques when her healt allows. Additional hobbies are reading science fiction, counted cross-stitch and genealogy, not necessarily in that order.
